MahaRERA Order 33/2022 Compliance Rules
Under Section 11 of the Real Estate Act and MahaRERA Order 33/2022, every registered promoter is legally mandated to update their project webpage with quarterly progress within 15 days of the end of each quarter.
MahaRERA strictly enforces financial penalties starting from ₹10,000 to ₹50,000+ per delayed quarter. Continuous default results in the authority issuing public caution notices, locking developer portal logins, and freezing subsequent project phase approvals.
Mandatory Information Required in Every QPR
A compliant QPR requires synchronized data across architectural, engineering, financial, and sales departments:
-
Apartment & Plot Inventory Sales: Number of units booked, agreements signed, and unsold stock across all registered wings.
-
Construction Stage Completion: Percentage of completion of excavations, basements, plinths, individual slabs, internal walls, and MEP installations.
-
Quarterly Form 1, Form 2 & Form 3: Signed certificates confirming funds deposited, construction expenditure incurred, and escrow balance reconciliation.
-
Common Amenities & Infrastructure Milestones: Status updates on internal roads, water supply, sewage treatment plants (STP), and clubhouse amenities.
-
Statutory Approvals & CC Modifications: Uploading renewed Commencement Certificates, amended sanction plans, and fire NOCs.
